EloHymns is a collection of over 150 hymns based on the Psalms (Tehellim).  It is the first True Name collection of its kind – perhaps the only one.  The lead sheets (music manuscripts) are all finished and I am in the process of writing the accompaniments so that any fellowship or home group may sing the Psalms with True Names (Yahweh, Yahshua) to orchestrated accompaniments.

Review PART 1: There are two stories of creation.  The first (Genesis 1 -2) tells us of seven days – six of creation, one of rest.  We noted that the earliest interpreters (2 Peter, Enoch, Barnabas) reckoned “Salvation History” to be composed of six thousand years using Psalms 90:4,10,12 & 19 as a yardstick.  The second creation story (Genesis 2) tells us when the first prophetic day started.

    We counted the years since the first day (Genesis 2:7) to learn that Yahshua (Jesus) was born at the end of the 4^th prophetic day (after 4000 years had passed from Adam) and at the beginning of the fifth prophetic day (somewhere around 1 AD by our reckoning of years).
    Finally, we realized that we live two prophetic days (2000 years) after Yahshua.  Therefore we have seen the completion of six prophetic days and are living at the beginning of the seventh day of prophetic history (6000+ years from Adam).

   We took the short route to get to this understanding.  In this lesson, we will pick up a few important concepts we had to bypass on the Way.  This lesson is not for religion hobbyists – strong stimulant to the mind and heart is contained in the following:

Here’s the lesson.  Please try to look up all the Scripture passages so you can verify and judge righteously.

1.  THE DAYS OF ENOSH: Genesis 4:26 briefly introduces a third son of Adam, Seth, and Seth’s son, named ____________ .   In his day, “people began to call upon the name of the LORD.”  So in the second generation after Adam, people invoked the name of the LORD.  What is that name?  Most would say, “Why, his name is “the LORD”!  Isaiah 42:8 tells us that.” 

   Now we come to probably the most hurtful of translation errors that has kept literally billions from knowing the name of their heavenly Father and understanding our time in Salvation History.  “LORD” in capital letters is a cover-up word to hide the name of the Father in heaven, which is _____________ . 

   (Notes:

   [b.] Enosh means “forgetful.”  We have been Enosh as a people about the name of the heavenly Father as the vast majority has not been taught his name in religious education institutions.)

   Starting in Genesis 2 through Malachi and the entire New Testament, the name YAHWEH has been covered by the title LORD – there are well over 7,000 cover-ups. 

   Since 7 is the number of completeness, we might say that translators have blotted out the Father’s name completely (7 x 1000 in Bible Numerology).  But any decent study Bible, commentary or dictionary will give you the true name in its translation notes.  Father’s name is ______________.  His name means “one who is, who was, and who shall be” (Revelation 1:8); this understanding is essential to learning the meaning of prophecies about the Millennium Peace.  (If you do not understand “Millennium Peace,” we will discuss this in the next lesson.)

    “LORD” IS the translation of a Hebraic Bible word.  That word is Baal, as in Baal-shalishah (which means “Lord Trinity” 2 Kings 4:42), Beel-zebub (“Lord of the Fly” Matthew 10:45), Baal-god (idol of fortune, Joshua 11:17) and just plain Baal (“Lord”).  Again, any modern Bible Dictionary will bear this out.

   Think of this the next time the church breaks into “He is LORD.”  You may want to sing instead, he is “YAH.”

Psalms 68:4 NKJV Extol Him who rides on the clouds by His name YAH, and rejoice before Him.

    So in the days of Enosh people began calling on Yahweh by name (Genesis 2:4).  In the Seventh day of Salvation History (our day), folks are rediscovering the power of the Name.

2.  THE DAYS OF ENOCH:  Genesis 5:24 is well known: “And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.”  Enoch was a scribe and prophet seven generations from Adam whose predictions were well-known by Yahshua and his earliest followers.  (There’s that SEVEN again!)  Enoch is quoted or alluded to in many Bible passages (Like Jude 14.  Jude is, of course, the brother of Yahshua). 

   In this passage, we have the name “God” that always covers up and distorts the meaning of another Bible word essential to an understanding of prophecy.

   For the name “God” generally covers up the word “Elohim,” which is NOT a name at all.  “Elohim” (or Eloha or El) means “mighty” or “powerful” or “strong one” and may refer to any being that is spiritual in nature.  (See Isaiah 11:1,2; Zechariah 4:6b.)  In certain manuscripts, “Elohim” is rightly translated “of Spirits.” Often “Elohim” refers to Yahweh Almighty.

   So we see that tradition has caused us to misunderstand one of the fundamental concepts of the Bible – the name and nature of the Heavenly Father.  “The LORD God” should be correctly read as “Yahweh Elohim” or “Yahweh Almighty” or “Yahweh of Spirits.”  Elohim is a concept that has no direct counterpart in English.  Elohim is the congregation of all spiritual beings, including humans who are spiritually reborn.  It is like a family name.  If you are an offspring of the Father (Acts 28:17-30), then your title is Elohim.  Yahweh Elohim; Joe Believer Elohim.

     Psalm 82:6 makes this clear.  The common English Bible has, “I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.”  But we are NOT gods unless we are of Shirley McClain’s or Elizabeth Claire Prophet’s bunch.  Literally, this translates as, “You are elohim, and sons of the highest Elohim.”  We are to be spiritual people, children of the Almighty Spirit.

   Yahshua expounds on the meaning of this puzzling passage in John 10:34 and following.  Put the word Elohim back in place of “gods” and sense returns to the passage.

   By the way, the name “Enoch” means “disciplined” or “discipled.”  Only a teachable person becomes disciplined.  Enosh was “forgetful” while Enoch was “disciplined.”

3. YAHSHUA and ELOHIM.  We can see “Elohim” as used by Yahshua on the execution stake.  Check out Mark 15:34: And at the ninth hour Yahshua cried with a loud voice, saying,

“________, _________, lama sabachthani?”
(Please fill this one in.)

   We must also keep in mind that Yahshua was quoting Psalm 22 upon the execution stake, and we have no reason to believe that he did not quote the entire Psalm, which culminates in these words:

The whole wide world will remember and return to Yahweh, all the families of nations bow down before him.  (Psalms 22:27, NJB)

   This text is a PRIME EXAMPLE of how we have lost our heritage through deliberate mistranslation.  As for Enoch, he walked with elohim (angels – spiritual beings, plural) and elohim (spiritual beings, plural) took him. 

   That Enoch went with spiritual beings or angels is affirmed in the Books of Enoch – books that predate the New Testament and describe the prophecies and angelic journeys of the Patriarch Enoch.

Find here the first six chapters of Enoch, including the quote from Jude.  I am always amazed to read material that I know the Apostles and Yahshua himself read, but material that is somewhat unavailable to Christian believers.

   Finally, Enoch as the seventh from Adam (Jude 14), speaks of the seventh prophetic day in this manner: “In the seventh shall arise an apostate generation, and many shall be its works, and all its works shall be apostate” (1 Enoch 93:9).  We are in the seventh day.

4. THE DAY OF GOD – Somebody has said, “When we say God, what god do we mean?  There are lots of gods.”  This is a good reason to be specific, especially in view of prophecy, whom you address in your petitions.  Another has said, “God knows who I am and that I’m praying to him.”  Perhaps that’s true, but he has numerous commandments about his NAME – commandments that, when learned, should probably be kept. 

   Last night I viewed Flight 93 – the story of the heroic actions of passengers on the ill-fated 911 flight.  Repeatedly, as Arab terrorist on the plane invoked their idol, Allah, the subtitles read “God” this and “God” that.  Do they know what god hears them? 

Consider the third commandment (correctly rendered):

Exodus 20:7  You shall not misuse the name of Yahweh your Elohim, for Yahweh will not leave unpunished anyone who misuses his name.  (NJB)

There have been many good essays on the origin of the name “God.”  Here is a brief summary of the origin of “God” from a Nazorean viewpoint:

   The Israelites (+ or - 10 tribes) were taken into captivity into Assyria and East beginning about 700 BC (4^th prophetic day).  The gods of the Assyrians at that time were named “GD” and “MNY” – pronounced “God” and “Meny” – meaning “Luck” and “Prosperity.”  The Israelites in captivity were warned by the prophet Isaiah that worshipers of God and Prosperity would be destined to continuous warfare forever because when Yahweh called them, they did not answer.  In that day, as in ours, they no longer called on the name of Yahweh, but on God; i.e. luck and prosperity.

   In the ensuing generations and over hundreds (even thousands) of years, those who were once Israelites migrated eastward to the Caucasus mountains (where the word “god” came to mean “invoke, as ‘to invoke a god’”) then westward to Europe – Scandinavia, Germany, Spain and Great Britain.  They took God with them, with the name God showing up in the first translations of German Bibles – then in English Bibles later.  English Bibles added “LORD” to the mix in deference to the Jews in King James’ court as not to offend them.  So we have inherited from the apostate Israelites WHO WE ARE, and the name “the LORD God” which translated means “the Baal Luck.”  (Joshua 11:17, Isaiah 65:11)

5.  THE DAYS OF YAHSHUA - This is a very brief overview of this subject – many broader studies may be found in books or on the Internet.  Try “Yahweh Elohim” in your favorite search engine and you’ll learn that we are not alone in our newfound knowledge – millions are learning truth so they can understand Millennial prophecy.  We are discovering, in our day, the Seventh Day of Salvation History, the fulfillment of a number of prophesies meant for our time, such as

Zechariah 14: Then Yahweh will become king of the whole world. When that Day comes, Yahweh will be the one and only and his ____________ the one ______________.

Ezekiel 20:44 44.  “And you will know that I am Yahweh, when I treat you as respect for my own ____________ requires, and not as your wicked behavior and corrupt actions deserve, O House of Israel, declares the Sovereign Yahweh.”

The most profound new understanding we receive from this teaching is what the “great high priestly prayer” of Yahshua the Messiah is all about:

John 17:11, 12, 25, 26.  “And now I am no more in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, keep them in ______  __________  _________________, which you have given me that they may be one, even as we are one.  While I was with them, I kept them in __________  _________________, which you have given me; I have guarded them … . O righteous Father, the world has not known you, but I have known you; and these know that you have sent me.  I made known to them ______  __________  _________________, and I will make it known, that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and I in them.” 

What was the name that Yahshua taught the Disciples?  It was a Hebrew name.  Why do you suppose they had to be taught this information?  The same reason we have to be taught the name of our Father – this essential knowledge has been kept from us.  We have been victims of religion.  Why do you suppose Yahshua came to seek out and save that which was lost; that is, the “lost” tribes of Israel?  Who are those lost tribes today that worship Luck and Prosperity?

SUMMARY:  In the days of Enosh (the first prophetic millennium / day), the name of Yahweh was first invoked, though Yahweh was active in the creation account of Genesis 2:4.  LORD in capital letters in common English Bibles covers up the name Yahweh.
   In the second prophetic millennium / day, Enoch was taken up by Elohim; Elohim being spiritual being / beings.  Elohim is the “family name” (so to speak) of Yahweh and all who are of spirit, including humans spiritually born.  Yahweh Elohim is the name and title of our heavenly Father (rather than “LORD God”).  Yahweh Elohim translates as “He who is of spirits.”
   Finally, “God” is a name that came to us through the development of our language from European languages.  Germanic “tribes” (that were once lost Israeli tribes) continued to worship the god of the Assyrian captivity, namely, “God,” which means “luck.”  We continue in this pagan tradition, but are trying now to regain the promises of Scripture and prophecy by correcting our language and outlook so we may understand upcoming lessons.

Father Yahweh, hallowed be thy name.  May your will be done on earth as in Heaven for the sake of our Savior, Yahshua the Anointed Son.  Amein.
