Instructions for Downloading and Testing Program Setup:

1. Complete and return the form below to receive your PIN for running the survey programs.

2. Click the link - your download should commence automatically.

Download test program 2  Discover What Motivates (dwm-110f.zip)
Download test program 3  Behavioral Style Evaluation (bse-1.zip)
Download test program 4  Creation Therapy Inventory (cti.zip)
Download the directions to a text file.

3. Right click the downloaded file on your desktop.

4. Choose "unzip" or "uncompress" or "extract all." A folder will be placed on your desktop. (Name depending on which you downloaded.) 

5. Double click the new folder .  This will display the contents of the folder.

6. Inside the folder, double click the file with the extension .exe.  The program begins.  Follow the directions carefully.

7. Please email me the files you create as you test the program. Email them to klakster AT localnet.com.
