1 Timothy 2: 1. I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all mankind, 2. for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life, godly and respectful in every way. 3. This is good and acceptable in the sight of the Almighty God our Savior, 4. who desires all to be saved and know the truth. 5. And here is that truth: There is one Almighty; and there is one negotiator between the Almighty and mankind; namely, the man Yahshua Messiah, 6. who gave his life to buy everyone back from sin slavery. At the appropriate time, the news of his ransom was published throughout the world. 7. For this message Yahshua appointed me a preacher and apostle, a teacher of foreigners in faith and truth. (I am telling the truth; I am not lying.) 8. So in regards to men: I desire that men everywhere should pray, lifting holy hands without anger or quarreling; 9. In regards to women: they should beautify themselves modestly and sensibly, not with the expensive clothes and flamboyant hair styles, 10. but with good deeds, as befits women who profess true faith.
